Whether or not you're feeling down or suffocated ... or whether things in life are just awesome for you and you wouldn't mind it at all if they got a whole lot better -- this film will help you.
Rather than answering the unanswerable -- this film gives you the right questions and helps you to draw your own conclusions. Something that many of us have not really found the courage to do quite yet.
So -- heres your chance to liberate yourself.
Welcome to Wonder Land, Alice! The only question you need to be asking yourself for the moment -- is just how far down the rabbit hole do you desire to go?

~ILoveEarth Chapter One is done! Go check it out! Aliens and Happy Emo goodness~!
Then using DeVeDe [link] make yourself a nice Video DVD of it and DO NOT LOSE IT THIS BLEEPING TIME!
So yeah make like 10 personal copies of that just in case!
I am friends with a guy named Marshall Masters [link] and he is good friends with one of the people on "What The BLEEP Do You Know??!!" and even interviewed him on his Internet Radio Show [link]
The person in question of whom I speak is Dr. Míceál Ledwith who also runs a website called "Hamburger Universe" [link]
I think I'll quote an old BBS Scene tagline to describe Hamburger Universe: "my karma ran over your dogma"
In short -- an effort to defeat the paradigm of duality which we are stuck in the middle of.
Dr. Míceál Ledwith also has a Facebook Profile and he added me as a friend (and vice versa). I tried emailing him once but never got a reply back. I'd love to talk to that guy. I'm just presuming he has been very busy so I do not think I am being ignored or anything.
I also think I shall quote a Will Smith line from "I, Robot" to describe my probability of receiving any sort of a response from him about anything -- "in order to receive the answer, you must ask the right question".
Though seeing as all of the "mysterious questions" explained in "What The BLEEP Do We Know??!!" have ironically been the answers to some of my own mysterious questions about life, the universe and everything -- we must now ask ourselves if there is truly a difference between a question and an answer -- or if both really are the exact same thing?
Is it any wonder that every time we receive an answer we also receive more questions? If they are the same thing then it is logical to think that you will get back out of it what you put into it.
This movie describes me so incredibly accurately and so much better than my own words can relay -- as I too experiment with Heisenberg absolutely all of the time. Trying to create my own reality through my thoughts.
Though I am not the poster child for perfect health and am not swimming in a sea of money -- I have had quite a few successes experimenting with The Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle.
One such experiment is described in this journal [link] but the catch 22 is -- at no time did I mention that this was a quantum experiment
So you're going to read then and then you'll feel compelled to ask me "so how exactly is this a quantum mechanics experiment? what did you do and how did you do it?"
Finish watching "What The BLEEP Do You Know??!!" and THEN ask me those questions. Only then will you understand the answers

... Any fool can criticize, condemn, and complain. And most do.
"
I think that is what you meant to say -- and you are quite welcome
I've found in recent times that helping people is a lot like throwing a hand grenade -- if you pull the pin and drop it at your feet, you are going to get hurt (though most likely killed) by the resulting blast. However -- if you do it properly -- pull the pin -- throw it as hard as you can and dive to the ground -- you will suffer little to no injury.
In the same light -- when a person helps someone for selfish and bragging reasons, or when a person helps someone who is not ready for the help -- when a person forces help on someone at totally the wrong time -- this is when the person who tries to help gets fucked over.
To not get fucked over, you have to genuinely want to help people. You have to help only when the help is wanted by that person. You can only help them if their mind is open and you can not force their mind open. One must also learn the difference between a person who wants sympathy and a person who wants help.
A person who wants sympathy is addicted to the attention that crying for help gets them. The reason people fall into their snare is because their reasons for wanting help are very, very real. The problems they are asking for help with are legit.
What a person might not know -- is that the reason they still have this problem is because they refuse to trouble shoot the problem, they do not look for solutions much less apply them -- and they sabotage the efforts of those whom they ask for help.
The real irony of it is -- they don't even realize they are doing it most of the time -- as they have also succeeded in deceiving themselves.
If you really care about a person who has this problem -- then you must do what is hardest to do and give them a hard core reality check and be blunt about how you feel about their attitude. Yes, you do risk losing them as a friend. However -- nothing ventured, nothing gained. Better to have a chance of losing them rather than a guarantee that they remain in their self sabotaging mindset.
This reality check does not have to be rude. Does not have to insult their intelligence. You can be very polite about it. However, just because you politely tell someone what they need to hear (and simultaneously it is the thing they do not wish to hear) does not mean that they will not be offended by it.
People who truly realize they need help and desperately want it and are willing to work with you and not against you -- will not derail your trouble shooting process. They will be open to solutions. They will make less assumptions and ask more questions.
Someone who is horribly down on themselves who doesn't even realize that they are addicted to sympathy will respond with "but i can't do that! i'm not strong enough! it is not within my abilities!"
Someone willing to find solutions will instead ask "how am i supposed to do that? how can i learn to do that? i currently have no idea as to how to do that."
This is how to help someone.
True help is helping them learn to help themselves. To make them independent -- rather than dependent

... Any fool can criticize, condemn, and complain. And most do.
It pointed out a lot of things to me. It...hmm..changed me. Nothing that shows drastically to myself or anyone. It just...I feel better. I have higher hopes and I see through things. Maybe sometimes the hopes will fail, but I know how to get back on my feet now.
I've only watched it a few nights ago, but I took some advice, I wake up and choose and tell myself this is how it is going to be. Of course, I'll hit those unexpected speed bumps, but I'll be safely strapped in. I've noticed a difference in my patience...in my mood and tolerance level with things.
The first thing I know I did when I woke up was, well maybe the second, the first was debating whether to go back to sleep or not. xD But I laid there a moment. I laid out my day and my mood.
The whole day prevailed and I was happy. Course, I didn't have the stress of school yet, but so far so good.
Knowledge is contagious if you choose to open your ears and do with as you see fit.
I am glad Twar chose to post this journal and share this with me.

Our hearts still ache with sadness, And secert tears still flow, What it meant to loose you, No one could ever know.
One of the cool things I like about it is that they aren't saying "oh well this is how it is, damnit!"
They admit there is still a lot they don't know. They suggest to NOT take their word for it and to just try it. To prove it to yourself -- and not just take what they say as fact just because they said it.
The great part is -- they are suggesting very simple things. Stuff that won't hurt anyone to try. They do not suggest any specific courses of action. They are not claiming any one thing is good or any other things are bad.
They just drop some alternate perspectives in your lap and basically say "heres the data, now go experiment with it".
