Intelligence or lack there of is about the ability to learn and used what you've learned. A part of learning is research. To say something is the "worst ever" is all about point of view. I feel that Windows Vista is the worst ever. At least Mac (though their advertising is utter misleading horse shit) isn't unstable and spyware prone, being based on BSD Unix. I personally prefer Linux, which installs nicely to any PC.

Now my defenition of worst ever comes from a premise of security, stability and reliability. Someone elses opinion of an Operating System might not come from that vantage point.

A hard core Gamer might claim that Linux is the worst ever because it does not support DirectX which most games unfortunately seem to require. In order to get that support one must utilize one of the far and few Linux Softwares that isn't free and actually costs money, called Cedega (which is based on WINE). So to have to pay for that which is extra money they might feel they shouldn't have to spend (or to go through the proccess of using VMWare to run Windows XP on a Virtual Machine under Linux they might feel is more of an effort than they have time to undergo).

A creative commons software developer might feel that MAC OSX is the worst because it's a proprietary platform to develop for and most applications for MAC seem to not be free.

So you see, what is the worst really depends on your point of view and personal priorities. What might be "fucking stupid" as you say -- is to assume that everyone has the same needs as you do :-)

Learn the difference between a Linux User and a Mac user then get back to me about it :-) Do you know what Linux is? No? Didn't think so! :-)

Then why do you seem to think I'm a mac user and somehow am using this as some sort of marketing brain washed means to dis on vista? lol .. check out my gallery sometime. I've got mac bashing stuff in there also.

I personally prefer UbuntuStudio, which as you already know, is yet another offshoot of good ole Ubuntu. Seeing as I got sick of all the spyware and other problems that *any* Windows OS will provide -- I migrated to Linux a little over a year ago. If I need to run a Windows Application (which isn't very often) I'll either use WINE or I'll fire up XP under VMWare.

As for MAC -- it's better than it used to be but still has a looong way to go. Their marketing campaign is totally fucked. I only have "a few less bad things" to say about MAC. Most of what I have to say about MAC still expresses my absolute hatred of the platform.

I still hate a lot of the stupid shit that Dell pulls on people, but -- they are starting to wise up and I've gotten give em credit -- they support Linux and open source in general. Now -- if they'd stop being fools with their marketing tactics and also stop outsourcing their tech support to Osama's Cousins in Iraq -- then the'd really be making some headway.
